Mo Shana’a is the co-founder and CEO of Morta (morta.io), a secure, connected platform for managing the work and information involved in delivering and operating buildings and infrastructure. Morta replaces the spreadsheets projects actually run on, connecting the work, the people doing it, and the technology around them, and is implemented across $100Bn+ of projects in 14 countries. A civil engineer by background, Mo worked on large infrastructure projects before founding Morta as an independent, bootstrapped company. He serves on the UK Department for Business and Trade’s Digital Construction Exports Steering Group and the Information Management Initiative Task Group, national efforts to advance how the industry creates, governs, and shares information.
