what is project intelligence?
"The best advisors don't just manage problems — they detect them early, prevent disputes before they start, and use data to guide decisions while there's still time to act."
THE PIP™ PHILOSOPHY — THEICAC.ORG
a look inside
From the curriculum — Module 3
Knowing when NOT to escalate is as important as knowing when to. Here’s a preview of what PIP-certified advisors learn about false positives in cost signal detection.
The False Positive Problem
Construction projects generate enormous amounts of noise. One of the most damaging things an advisor can do is escalate a signal that turns out to be nothing. Module 3 gives you a structured framework for qualifying signals before you act — protecting your credibility and your client’s confidence in your judgment.

6 Modules. 12 Lessons. One Framework.
Each 60-minute module is delivered as two self-paced 30 minute lessons that build on each other toward a single, deployable advisory capability.
MODULE 01 ♦

Reactive vs. predictive advisory. Intelligence layers. What separates top-tier advisors from the rest.
